Financial support is available for faculty and researchers, including those with JSPS postdoctoral fellowship status (PD, RPD), caring for children or other family members to hire staff to assist with teaching, research, or administrative work.

Fiscal year 2025 Spring Semester (the first half year): How to apply

To apply to the program, please submit the necessary documents to Diversity and Inclusion Administration Division by the following deadline. For details, please see “Application Requirements”, “Application Form”, “Budget Transfer Code & Employment Status Notice”, and “Report”.

*Please note that only those hired through former Tokyo Tech campuses (hereinafter “Science and Engineering departments,” which includes all departments at those campuses) are eligible to apply for this program. For Medical and Dental Sciences, please refer to the similar program [Research Support Personnel Assignment Activity]. Please note that the application period for FY2025 has ended.
